DAVID S. MELLICHAMP SCHOLARSHIP: For High-Achieving Business Students

This scholarship is in memory of David S. Mellichamp, a leader in the field of land title insurance. The David S. Mellichamp Scholarship is open to juniors and seniors enrolled full-time, majoring in political science or economics and business administration. This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate academic achievement by maintaining a 3.0, or higher, grade point average and are interested in a career in business. It is offered through an endowment made possible through generous donations from the Palmetto Land Title Association members. For additional information about the David S. MARY G. WEBSTER SCHOLARSHIP: Supporting South Carolina’s Future Professional

Every year the Mary G. Webster Scholarship Fund of the Palmetto Land Title Association solicits applications from eligible student candidates, and this year, the Fund will award at least one $1,000 scholarship to deserving students. The purpose of the Fund is to provide at least one annual scholarship award to a rising junior or senior (current sophomore or junior), selected by the Association’s Scholarship Committee, who is enrolled in a four-year South Carolina college or university and majoring in a business-related field. The Scholarship Committee sets the annual scholarship award, presently $1,000.
